 We think we need a new roof. How many estimates should we get? 3-4 Estimates

The average homeowner buys a roof twice in their lifetime and the purchase can be a bit intimidating. We recommend 3-4 estimates. Any more than 4 estimates and we find that the homeowner can become a bit confused and may end up losing the points that are important to them in all the noise from too many people in the mix. This can lead to some homeowners selecting a contractor more out of a wish to end the selection process than finding the contractor that is truly the best fit for them and their project.

How long does it take to get an estimate?  Usually 1-3 days.

How long does it take to install a roof?  

It takes approximately 1-4 days depending on the size and type of  project, but you can be sure we will work continuously on your project  until complete.

Do I need to move my vehicles?  

Vehicles near the building will usually need to be moved away. Driveway  should be kept clear to allow for access for the dump trailer and  delivery of materials.

Will there be a dumpster/drop box?  

No. We will use a dump trailer that can be moved away from the building at the end of each day.

How do I choose my color?  

We have sample boards, brochures, pictures of roofs completed, as well  as addresses of completed projects in your area to see what the roof  looks like installed.

Do you provide a warranty? 

 Yes. Your new roof comes with our workmanship warranty as well as the  manufacturers material warranty. Please ask us for details.

What about clean up?   

We dispose of all the old roofing material. We protect your plants and  landscaping.We provide complete job site clean up. We will also use a  magnet to clean up any nails, screws, etc. We hope you enjoy our site and take a moment to drop us a line.
