Roof Coating

In Washington State 2 layers of roofing is the maximum numbers of roofs that can be installed on a structure. Roof coatings are not classified as an additional layer and can be applied to extend the life of your roof, by reducing heat transfer into the building, decreasing thermal shock (thermal expansion and contraction of the roof membrane), and helping to mitigate leaks. Reflective coatings also can reduce heat energy costs and improve the aesthetics of the roof.
